Page Rank Update Last Night

anyone know how long it takes for all sites to be affected by the pagerank update?
reason im asking is someone wants to sell me a PR 5 domain for $200, its still a pagerank 5 now and has 2 PR7 backlinks but i dont want to pay now and then later today its dropped

2 of my sites that I checked went down. PR4 went to PR3 and a PR3 went to PR2.

One of my sites went from Pr2>3 another went from PR1>0 , tow times the charm

I'm extremely happy, 1 of my sites is now pr 4 on homepage and pr6 on the register page.

Exactly... Pagerank, these days, is not a big factor unless you are selling links on your website or getting links for your other sites.
BTW, mine went from 0 all the way to 4
One site PR2 -> PR0
Others unchanged.
Something that might be interesting:
The now-PR0 site had tons of dupe content added the last few months, no other change or backlinking was done. Serps are not moving ( yet? ) either.
I can't think of anything else than the dupe content. ( dupe = copy paste )
It was PR2 for approx 2 years, can't remember exactly maybe more.
Others unchanged.
