Found this on some site swedish site, couldn't understand what they were saying but what i can deduce its some sort of table on how much backlinks of page rank we need to have in order to jump page rank.

I'm just a newbie, let me know if this really is true n it helps you all.

Its a old one. I dont think, it works still.

Nobody can be sure,
But that looks close enough for the Lower PR 1 - PR 3

I don't think so is still work....but I am ever read an article (but I forget where is) that for now Big G look at the quality of backlinks from social networking to rank a site.
