i just want to know about page rank, which one is better PR1 to PR10, example PR1 is better than PR10, or PR 10 is better than PR1,

It goes from pr0 (worst/new) to pr10 (best). I can't post links but google "pagerank explained" and the first article from webworkshop has everything about pagerank.
