I am wondering why my all SEO projects page rank (PR) N/A. I have build sufficient good links for them and all of them have domain authority more then 20.

It's because the last Google toolbar PR update was on the 5th/6th December 2014. There is talk about them abandoning any further updates, so it's possible your sites may never get any PR if that's the case. I'd go more by the DA than PR at any rate.

PageRank is no longer publicly updated by Google, although this doesn't necessarily mean that your website doesn't have a PageRank. According to some members, there are ways of estimating what a site's current PageRank would be without the toolbar, although you would have to read that thread I linked to in order to figure out how to do this.
