is this true regarding page rank
if i have a site has page rank 7 or 6 and the competitors have lower page rank
my unique posts will rank first before them in the first page
is that true reguarding page rank

Page Rank is no longer a visible metric. But to answer your overall question, no just having a higher number (any metric you choose) does not mean you will rank higher. Pick a metric and look at the top 10 results for a couple terms and you'll see the metric isn't the only factor in ranking.

dont look at page rank, google has not updated it for a few years and is not planning on using it anymore; instead use other metrics such as DA (from moz), TF (from majestic), DR (from ahrefs), RD (referring domains), to get started in avaluating a site.
