Page Owners with no background in IM

I have a friend ( engineer ) who had a 72k page, which she never promoted ( self-viral types )
and a few days back she decided to quit facebook.
I told her to sell me that page, and she was like...woah.. are you gonna pay me for that shit ? :O
*chit -chat*
and finally she just settled a cheeseburst pizza in return
Now looking to sell that page and buy something expensive for her birthday this week =))
So, its very much possible that a guy who has no idea about IM may be the owner of a goldmine

I make ~50$ a day from just 1 of my fan page which has ~10k followers. Well I think its more than nothing.

Definitely worth some cheese pizza.

These two points are crucial. I think there is more than that, a well laid out plan, to make that money out of it.
