I created two articles on my linkedin profile and after publishing all looked fine and all, but when I logged out and looked at the articles I just shows

"Page not found"

Uh oh, we can’t seem to find the page you’re looking for. Try going back to the previous page or see our https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin?trk=404_page for more information

Why is it doing that is that some type of shadow ban because my profile is new ? It's odd because I have never used Linkedin before this really. And yes I set the articles to be viewable by anyone on or off linkedin

Hey @millertrial3 ,
Man, that's frustrating, isn't it? Especially when you're just getting started. I've seen this happen before, and there could be a few reasons:
  1. Propagation Time: Sometimes, after publishing, it takes a bit of time for LinkedIn's servers to make your content available to everyone. This could especially be true if you're viewing immediately after logging out.

  2. Cache Issues: Try clearing your browser's cache or viewing your articles in an incognito/private window. Sometimes our own browser can play tricks on us.

  3. LinkedIn's Algorithm: LinkedIn, like other platforms, has its algorithms and automated systems. If they sense any irregular activity from a new account (even if you haven't done anything wrong), they might temporarily restrict visibility. It's not necessarily a shadow ban, but more of a precautionary measure.

  4. Article Visibility Settings: I know you mentioned you set it to be viewable by anyone, but double-checking never hurts. Sometimes, platforms can have glitches where settings don't save correctly.

  5. Reach Out to LinkedIn Support: If it's been a while and the issue persists, I'd suggest getting in touch with LinkedIn's support. They're usually responsive and might shed light on any potential issues.
Hang tight! Give it some time and see if it resolves on its own. If not, definitely ping LinkedIn. Hope it works out soon!

Chin up and keep creating! ‍
