my pages are gettting 24hs ban on messenger
and after 7 days
dont know why, i use the same links and text
like few years

Honestly, Facebook should do a better job of notifying the users as to what exactly they did to get restricted. That said, it may have something to do with the frequency of your posts. If it's not on your content then either you're posting too frequently and got flagged for spamming or FB changed how the algo flagged your post as spam for whatever reason. Restrictions are usually temporary so there's that.

have you sent messages to people older than 7 days?

its possible a facebook update has made links they over looked before
an offense going forward, try changing your links to see .
