Page loading icon wordpress theme. Effect on SEO?

Im thinking to buy this theme. But im worried about the page loading icon while opening the page.

Does it have a negative effect on SEO ranking? What about the bouncerate?

Do you think i should look for another theme or am i just exaggerating?
