page like campaign or Engagements?

Planning to get initial fb page fans thru boosting. I know there is a page like campaign where I'll get likes to my page directly or should I just go with engagements and just invite those who reacted on the posts + I think it will have more reach with engagements thus more chance for organic likes?

Which one is more effective? I need advice. Thanks!
