Page is not mobile friendly

When i check my pages in SC I am being told that my pages are no mobile-friendly.

This is a paid for premium theme.

Anyone had something similar before?

How is the best way to handle this? Hire someone to look at it off Upwork or contact the theme makers?

if you're in wp try wptouch and jetpack plugin it helps to resolve the problem or try this below meta code in your header

Yes I had on 2 of my sites.
I increased the font site to 16px minimum on every text elements( body, h1, h2 etc).
Evenly spaced clickable elements.
It went away.
It don't matter if you paid premium , this is something new.

My rankings would improve if I was to fix this in SC eyes wouldn't they?
 
first add viewport tag in your header and then try to make it responsive.

It's hard to say.
Not long ago I moved from a custom made theme to wp and made my site mobile friendly (as mentioned above my font is at least 16). My rankings went up across the board but in my case it's more complicated as I improved the most important pages.
Now, I have a problem with web vitals and I fixed them but it takes up to 28 days to validate so hope it will give a push as well.

PS: your problem is that your content is wider than screen, must be a viewport problem. I use a few different themes on my sites and my themes have a tick box (to make site responsive).
 
UPDATE

For anyone who finds themselves running into this same problem, first check if your theme is updated to the latest version.

I just did that and found it was an old version. A quick update has fixed the problem.
