If you do intend to put a site on this domain you can use any landing page builder to create a similar page, it's not even hard to do, you just add a logo and a contact form, with Wordpress this is a matter of 20-30 minutes if you know what you're doing or a few hours if you're a newbie and need to figure everything out

Suppose you have 100 domains and you want this page on each domain, you simply park the domains with Sedo and they'll give you a similar / identical template like the one in your screenshot and you don't need to change any nameservers, each domain will have this page...

Or, like I said, you create this template by hand, upload it to all 100 domains and you're done! And again, you don't have to change any nameservers, I don't understand why you're so obsessed with changing the nameservers... Just create 1 template, upload it to all 100, or 1 million domains that you have and forget about it!

One way or another you still have to do some work initially, so you can't escape this

Anyway, what's the deal with the nameservers??
