I am running foreign SEO affiliate website, the content is pretty good have about 5 articles so far. I just put a new article with almost very little competition and although my page indexed 7 days ago I am not showing up for 2 keywords I am targeting. How long more should I wait till it means I won't rank for those keywords?

Add some 50 more articles, wait a month or so, then we talk again.

its not that easy. check your onsite seo at first. check the meta tags etc. and use google search console to index your site
