I made a page saying "OMG! Funniest x-ray i have ever seen!"
I had no fbml on it at all, i bought 100,000 invites today an then i jus when on there to check and they said that they deleted it because i was violating the terms of facebook? any advice here?

If so could you point me to some threads that help me from getting my pages deleted please because i aint getting anywhere an i have been trying now for a bout 3 months to build a decent fan page! :(

Maybe the person who did the inviting didn't use proxies or something silly.
Did you have a copyrighted image on there?

Thats the only thing i can think of to be honest. I don't know why it would have been deleted.

No the image was fine, it mus of been the invites!!

Contact the person who sent the invites, as it must have been them. Ask for a refund or to invite to another page. Did you pay alot?

Thats a good price. Always have a test first such as 10,000
Did you read any good reviews etc?

lol the person probably wasnt using proxies that is my guess...

45 pound for 100k invites is way to cheap, its like they say you get what you pay for.

Plus if the page was new and it had a huge influx of invites it can also get deleted, ive seen it happen.

Also if its a fun page it is never really safe, Ive seen heaps of mine get deleted for no reason at all..

Pages named like that always seem to catch the eye of the Facebook staff much quicker than differently named pages.

I think 100k invites at a time and the suspicious page name made your page deleted

You made some very good points! Agreed!

Yup! Agreed!

Once again, I agree! There are so many things that could have gone wrong here. First of all, the price was way too cheap. You should have smelt something fishy to begin with IMHO. Just take this as a lesson learned; unfortunately, it is all you can do. By the way, at least he did not charge you a lot more, only to have this happen; think of it that way! ;)

so, the conclusion is read the facebook terms, and don't send 100k invites at once :)

maybe he overdo the invites. check your provider and ask for a refund.. nice concept btw.

Can anyone recommend someone offering this service that actually does it correctly?

BHW member Peter Shaw (for sure), but I am not sure if his services are back up and running yet.

Anyways OP, like others said, the name of the page and the fast growing numbers of the fans got the page deleted. Next time, choose a name that isn't that obvious.

Pages with OMG!, Wow!, I LOL'd at, No way! and so in the name, get quickly deleted. So next time, think outside the box, and don't buy immediately 100k invites. Try with 5k invites (as test for your page), and if your page is still alive, then buy 10k+.
