Page Authoiry 52 With Page Rank 0, Is That Common ?

Hi

While I am trying to build quality backlinks I see a lot of pages with very high authority, but the page rank is 0.

I don't care about page rank at all, but simply these pages got the authority from backlinks, so these backlinks had to pass page rank as well. Isn't that ?

Dont put weight on PR any more. DA and PA is the only thing matters now :)

I think the last one was December 2013, and the most of these pages older than 2013 so it was online with the same backlink profile while page rank was still updating.
 
It can be a legit site but a lot of such sites are usually spammed using automated link building tools.. which results in inflated stats. So watch out for that too.
 
It's difficult to say something about it without knowing an example of what you mean exactly.

A page on an authority website without PR generally means that it has not a lot of internal links (or only weak ones) pointing to it. In case of that links from this page won't boost your rankings much. (It can be a good/trustful link that helps you to rank in the long-term anyway).

But there are many other ways that can cause it. Some of them you can see in the posts above.
 
This has already been discussed way too many times here. PR is outdated and no longer a metric worth taking in consideration.
 
Last PR udate has been 10 months ago so it can be that there it has not been updated yet.

Well, your "problem" is that your website has PR 0... Like everyone said, ignore that, TF and CF look really nice, I think it's a really good domain.

Any thing depends on numbers can be faked, as page rank when it was important, you can get a backlink from pr5 page full of spam and it will pass pr to your site.
