Aight, so just a question, if i have an admin of a page who is the original creator, if i make someone else admin then delete the original admins account will that make the other admin the rightful owner?

No.

Someone else would be the rightful owner if the current owner sells/gives the site to them.

It is impossible to remove the original admin.

I think you can delete the account itself, but you cant give away the page

No idea, what if you just try it with 2 new non-pva account? Make a page on one of them, make the other admin, then delete the first account... so that way you find out what happens, and you dont risk your real page

tbh, i dont know, never tried it but i wouldnt of thought so. Try it with a dummy page and see what happens.
