Hey there,

It's my first time trying to rank for a keyword

I have a good in page SEO by now, some good backlinks, but I still have few questions
Many of my keywords are stuck in Page #2 of Google SERPs even that my page has better link building and on-page SEO

Does it need time to move to Page #1?

If I'm targetting 4-5 keywords, should I include all "words" in the title tag?
example: "SEO Agency" main keyword, "SEO Agency 2019" is a secondary keyword, Should I make the title "SEO Agency 2019" as it does already includes the main keyword? or creating a new page (i know that's better, but is it necessary?)?

Most of the times if a site is stuck on page #2 for long time then "clicks/visitors" are something who can bring your site up... you can either run a PPC campaign or do some free marketing or something else but you need to bring visitors to your site in order to bring it to the first page, also your CTR matters a lot so check your CTR in WMT it must not be less then 2-3%....

It's a good idea

Also time to rank from #2 to #1 depends mostly in links
Be aware that maybe not all your links have been indexed yet. It may take some time depending on how competitive is the word

I know that CTR is one of the basic google SEO metrics, but doesn't page #1 of google get an average 90% clicks, so if I'm in a low or average competitive keyword that makes it kind hard to get more clicks.

However, I think it's logic and you're absolutely right about waiting time, I just did wait 10-30 days, but waiting for results after work is a real patient.

I really don't get it, should I include the other words?
In other words, wouldn't these words confuse google about the targeted keyword, making the main targeted keyword "SEO Agency 2019" and the secondary is "SEO Agency"?

If you’re stuck on page 2 then you need niche edits, premium pbns, guest posts and social signals keep on throwing it and it should reach page one.
 
Write for readers, not for Google.
Make a sort of a title people will be triggered to click on. That will improve your CTR, and consequently also your ranking...

Look at the following titles. Which one will you most likely click on, when searching for a SEO agency in your are?
1. SEO Agency
2. SEO Agency 2019
3. Best SEO Agency in [City name]
4. Affordable SEO solutions for small business in [city name]
5. Free SEO Analysis and Quote for customers from [city name].
6. ....................
 
I will absolutely choose "Best SEO Agency in [City name]". But, only if I'm from that city, but isn't that about local SEO?
I know that should work better for the second keyword
But my question here about the 2 first ones, it will definitely work better for "SEO Agency 2019" but will it affect the "SEO Agency" keyword?

Just ask yourself what is the meaning of those words to you. Google knows both “SEO Agency” and “SEO Agency 2019” are about SEO Agency. If someone searches for a query like “SEO Agency 2019” then you have more chance to rank for.

This is something that has to be taken 50/50. Although is true that Google sometimes sandboxes some results to see how they respond in the first positions, at the same time, we cannot forget that G use content algorithms.
So definitely I believe that this should apply the best possible for the title, metadesc first h1 and h2 and first paragraph.

Im in same situation . Anybody has experience about unstacking page 2 ?
