Both seem to have similar pricing and packages, can anyone comment regarding any experiences with either?

I got 20 proxies from YourPrivateProxy and all were very fast but I bet PF is the same.

I recommend packetflip. Very fast proxies and good support.

Yeah.. I second packetflip.. I've been using them for 2 weeks.. no problems at all.. very fast and reliable!

Do you have to use pvas with their exclusive proxies?

Even if your buy private or exclusive proxies, they might have been softblocked by CL so you would need PVAs..

Actually it's the other way around: when using private proxies you need PVAs.
Always.
Craigslist always bans 256 IPs in one slash and if you order IPs from authorities you receive them in large continuous blocks -> as soon as private proxies are used for CL posting they are banned. It can take a day or a week, sometimes a bit longer but the result is always the same.

been with PF for months. The owner is a member of BHW, good guy, great service. I have no reason to change.

I got 10 proxies from packet flip and they are really fast. Being exclusive I was posting sometimes daily on CL without probs before the death of all PVAs.

I've been with YPP for a few months now and they are rock solid. Good support too.

Based on this thread (so far) it seems like you can go with either and be happy.

Oh yeah, yes, you'll need PVAs to use YPP's proxies.
