packet loss issues /w proxies and scraping programs

Hi, I have ten Instagram proxies (supposedly private, meaning only I am using them) with a well-known proxy provider, and I've noticed for a while a difference in the number of results I get by scraping IG with various programs like FollowLiker, InstaDub, and others. I ran pathping on my proxies and found that the proxy that returns the most results has zero percent loss while the others at time have varying amounts of loss, roughly corresponding in proportion to what I see in the results I've gotten from the programs I mentioned above.

I'm working with my provider to resolve the issue and probably get different proxies or the issue resolved, in any case. I dont want to name the provider because I dont think it's really their fault and I'm sure the issue will be addressed when it's brought to their attention. I think this is unusual but I wanted to post about it here to see if it's something others have noticed or addressed before.

The proxies all do work and appear to work fine and indistinguishable from each other with regular web browsing or streaming media which most people use proxies for, I suppose, and that may be why I really haven't complained or noticed the issue before now.

Has anyone else noticed this issue or have any ideas on how best to test for this or address it?
