PAC coin revamp ?

It's my understanding that PAC coin is going thru a bit of a revamp and will be dropping white paper Feb 1st or something, and that coins sometime after that will go thru an exchange. So is there any big future to it possibly ? Because now would be the time to jump in.

Not a big fen of refurbished coins, to be honest.
