Anything that uses standard blog posts will be fine. If your PAA site is niche focussed (they really should be) then of course a theme related to the niche will help if you care about any possible longevity or conversion into a more white-hat site.

How big can Mb or GB can grow PAA automatic site? I dont know what kind of hosting to take.
