hi , i had my ppal. acc locked for 6 months for selling items again pp tos.

i cant use my card to open a new acc.

i do how ever have the login details to my ex. gf acc. i cant use my card to top up her account, but i need to have pp. tp continue buying goods and services.

my question is ..... " HOW "

1. do i top her account up , not to much incase banned ?

2. how do i withdraw it ? her account is non english, so IP might come into this ,

so is it best

3. use VCC service to open a new pp. ?

use a vpn from where your gf normally connects from, maybe use the same browser she uses too?

Browser makes no difference, but ips definitely do. Like they said, use a VPN. Don't use any info tied to your account. Do withdrawals as often as you can.

The easy way is using Exchanger... You can search "Western Union to PayPal" or "PayPal to Western Union" at Google... Beware with many scammer outside, select the best & trusted exchanger before make any transaction...
