the domain I ve been using for years got penalized, so I move the content to another site, and 301, then one week later new site also got penalized, currently I am disconnecting the 301,

so these are two separate sites.... I will have different contents on two sites... although they are all selling the same category of products... will google penalize me just because I own two different sites selling same goods?

if so, do I need different domain owner? website hosting? different address? phone number?

Dude, if your site was penalized and you have redirected to another clean site you have just fucked up.

Its just like injecting a needle from a diseased body into a healthy one...

Think, then act.

No you can own as many sites as you like
You can redirect the penalyzed one again to another site

You where unlucky to get the 2nd site penalyzed so quickly

In my opinion, you have to start over with a new domain. Penalized sites are not worth the time anymore...

Google doesn't care if you own 1 or 100 sites really. However, you redirected a penalized domain which just moved the penalty along with it. However, that is quite fast to get a new penalty.

never do a 301 redirect from a penalized domain to a new one. you are passing all the bad things to it.

yes, the 301 is already removed... there is no manual action on the new site though,

By doing a 301 redirect to the second site you just sealed its fate!
Even tho you used the same content, that's not a problem. It's the redirect that messed things up. Seeing as this time you've disabled it, there's no reason for a penalty.

I find it hilarious people think Negative SEO doesn't exist still.
