I have a local business that easily ranks top 5 for my keywords without much seo work at all. Does anyone have any advice or experience on ranking multiple sites in the same niche to take up more spots on page 1. Thx in advance.

My day job is residential real estate sales. I've had blogs about my listings take up several spots on page 1 of Google, even above Zillow and Realtor.com. I used multiple high DA sites, but did not own anything other than my site which is low DA but still ranked on Page 1. It was nice "owning" page 1 for a while, but did not see anything of value come of it. Though your mileage may vary since you're probably selling something you don't need a mortgage for.

If you are seeing ROI for the property that it is on first page, then you should go for it. If not, then it's not worth it.

More domains > more resources. So not recommended unless you have money + time to throw at it.

you'll be stretching yourself thin but do lots of seo tactics for each site. 1 site - social media, 2nd site - great backlink 3rd site- great content 4th site -pbns, 5th - orm or web 2.0 type of sites

i myself rather have 1 site, ppc and sites like medium or citations take up page if possible

THx guys. More info on my business. I run a local small company. It is very specific hence the ease of ranking. I don’t generate money from my site, it’s all from real services offline.

Just thought it would be interesting to own all 6ish spots that aren’t ads on the first page.

Would google let separate pages from my site rank for the same keywords? Ideas for cheap alt sites that can rank well?

Certainly.
Go with parasites. :)

Sorry could you explain parasite sites. Thx all
