How are some people able to own 10 or more business? Like warren buffet owns over 20 i think and i'm pretty sure he isn't an expert on many of those businesses How is this going on? very interested to learn it

He has HUNDREDS most likely thousands of employees.. So he does not need to work so hard. Rich tycoons like that do not worry about every dollar the make or loose... It is like BHW.. Mods do most of the work not DD.. Get it now?
 
He found some people literally who can replace him / as good as him in other fields

Duplication. Duplicate your self in others, put your ideas in their head and make them think like you to achieve your desired goals
 
Enough money to invest, hire smart people, motivate your employees, target audience.
 
You don't need to be an expert about the industry, you just hire industry expert to work for you.

All you have to do is find business opportunities, make the right decisions and keep your people motivated.

Your system is your business !!
You put a system in place, hire qualified people and pay them well. Then you just sit back and make sure that your system is adhered to.

Establishing a network of genuine reciprocity with individuals in positions to help you. The help you receive will come in many forms--often through what you soak up vs what you are directly given. Expertise is irrelevant. Access to expertise trumps a genius 10/10 times/
