Hello. I need to make my own vpn that I only use , i'm pretty newbie , I did make my own proxy but didn't really turned out very well , I need this vpn to be situated in USA , any ideas how can I achieve that?

It's obvious that I can use one existing on the market and just use their password server and login , but I need to make my own.

It would really help me a lot.

You won't be able to "create your own" that's based in the USA unless you rent a dedicated server. I would suggest finding a VPN provider and just paying for one. It's only a few dollars a month. If you don't have $, or can't pay with a card, there are a few free VPN services, but they are usually restrictive.

as for less experience the only option is rent ready VPN server, tuning your own will be a lot hassle for you, but it possible although, first step is download and install smth like Open VPN, than with trial and check approach try to launch your application there, your application will say you what is yet missed in your server configuration, be ready to read a lot of sever log lines than

Maybe a VPN is overkill if you could just use an SSH tunnel to a VPS .
