Own SMS Reverse Billing/"Ringtone" Service

Take a look at the site below. Does anyone know how to do this?


It obviously isn't an iframe and probably converts like crazy since the message you receive to your phone is ""2376 = Password Hurry To Gain Access Now!"

So the cost isn't mentioned anywhere else but on the site.

They are just using a Subscription based reverse billing type service easy setup.

Probably as standard now on http://www.txtnation.com. The only thing is these are probably custom since he seems to be using an API, so basically its WEB -> SERVER (SUBSCRIBE) -> SEND OUT MESSAGE (CHARGE MONEY)

You can get these setup in almost all reverse sms billing providors, whether if you know how yourself (to code) or they will code it for you for a price.

But i believe http://www.txtnation.com did something similar a while ago i do not use them as late as i run my own servers now.

How do you go about the reverse SMS charges? I've been looking into using a service for this for a new site, but I'd definitely prefer an in house solution.
