Own proxy from Actproxy - what is the next step?

Hello,
I bought few proxies IPV4 and IPV6 from Actproxy, I own the ips but I can not sue them, every time I try to use them it says there is an authentication error or something, what is that? How do I solve it?
What am I missing here?

--Need the proxies for GMT2, Instagram accounts--

*All this crap is new for me.

I think Actproxy uses IP authentication. You need to authenticate your VPS or home IP on their website. Else you need to fill in an username and password for the proxy if they provide this. Best bet is to ask their support or lurk around in your dashboard.

You bought proxies, they have support section = contact them

Auth error 407 = IPs are not authorized by proxy server,

Contact support.

Sounds like you need to double check and re-save your Auth IPs through their portal like Ryan said. And of course if you havn't done so already if that doesn't work is contact their support. Good luck to you.
