Own Camsite - questions

Hello people. I am not new here, I am following this forum for ages but this is the first time when I need help. I have experiance in cam industry as cam girls studio owner. Well now I have few questions:
1. I want to have my own camsite - which way is better in your opinion - having completly new site on my own or affiliante program of one most popular site?

2. How to promote it? - I know there is a lot information about it in forum but I am asking for this moment because lot of things could have changed for this time.

3. My gf is camgirl. She promote herself on social media and spamming sites like sex*com, reddit and ***** but not much traffic from there. Any ideas why? Any ideas how to get good traffic? Lot of girls are making really good money only by promoting herself via affiliante (one of them is making 40 000 euro per month only in that way but she don't want to share her secret)

About self promotion.
She has very good pc, monster speed internet with high upload, best camera on market. She is camgirl since 4 years working on 5 - 12 cams at the same time. But I mean she wants to promote herself beeing offline via affiliante program. Promoting her by twitter, instagram etc doesn't give good conversation for affiliante program. I was rather asking how to improve it.
