If you are reading this, You probably have a failed Micro Niche Site.
If your "Not So Successful" website is aged over 3 months with atleast 4-6 pages of content. I'd Like to JV with you.
Websites that failed due to
a) Lack of traffic
b) No Rankings
are most welcome. No Investment (and some work) are required from your side.
Sites That Are earning something but very little (0$-20$ a month) are also welcome.
What Will I Do?
1. I will Invest in your site (Design, Content), to make it successful.
2. Make it earn As much as possible.
3. Manage SEO for your website. Make it Rank.
What I Need From You?
You need to put in some effort based on my instructions
(simple stuff, max 5 hrs a week)
Other Terms
1. We split the earnings from the site 50%-50%
2. If I Decide to sell the website, We Split the Website's Sale Money 50-50
3. My ultimate Goal is to help your website make money and then flip it. If you are not prepared to sell your site, when I say so, Then Don't Post Here.
4. Once you agree to enter this JV, The Website will be Co-Owned by Me and You 50% since I am investing my Money and Time Into your failed site.
