What happens when your focus key-phrase is over optimized? Will that negatively impact the progress of the post in the serps?

I got a 6.1% in yoast and the keyword was found 127 times.

Give me some advice on this my friend.

It’s bad for seo and you should rework your article other wise google won’t like it

NO NO NO, its all different, some niches is normal with that.... All you need to test
It also depends on number words in your article, your silo structure, your backlink profile for that url etc

Google don't like it, but in some niches, overoptimization still works. Need to look at top competitors. But I do not recommend overoptimization, because it can ruin all your efforts

Adult niche still tolerate a lot of black hat techniques like over-optimization and duplicate content. Buuuut... Google seems to penaltize duplicated photos. It happened to me twice so Im extra careful about images.

don't rely on yoast. do ctrl+a on your page, go to microsoft word, do paste special as text, and then see what your density is. do this for top 3 sites in your niche. see how you are as compared to them.

Compare the top 10. Some SERPs are crazy stuffed and some aren't at all. See where the tolerance is and mimic it.

As the guys said before, analyze your competitors!
You can copy the content into tools like "wordcount" to get a feeling of how often the primary keyword is mentioned there.
