Has anyone here been dealing with the imposter syndrome lately? I've always been super insecure in my skills and knowledge even though I've been the best student in class/college and the best worker anywhere I went (not bragging, just saying so u could understand what I'm talking about) But I never felt that I'm even good enough. I think that my knowledge is basic, my skills are something ordinary and everyone has... Recently I decided to try opening my own online business, have been searching for the right platform for the long time, chose sellvia, started doing smth, got some results and.... I'm feeling NOT enough again. I'm doing my best, studying, working on 2 jobs but still feeling that I could do much more than this. I think I've read a thousand of psychology books about this but nothing really helped. Has someone here dealt with similar problem or am I the one here?

To read that many books would take you years of full time work? It was pointless, as it hasn't helped. Thats maybe your problem, yes, your looking for outside validation. Instead of caring about what products and services you have in your portfolio, and how you are managing them and making money. Isn't not being rich a big enough problem for you to just keep your head down and get busy working? If you read all the books then you know the BS "life is a journey" & "enjoy the journey"

Ofc I didn't read as many books as I wrote, it was just a phrase. I've read just a couple of them that I found interesting but yes, they were nit really helpful as it appeared. I know these basic phrases but here's the thing about imposter syndrome - you can't just enjoy the journey while you feel you're not doing enough and keep torturing yourself with all those thoughts. It may be hard to understand, but is is what it is...

Hi! Imposter syndrome hits a lot of us, no matter how successful we might seem on the outside. It sounds like you're putting in a ton of hard work and effort, which is already more than many people do. Remember that feeling "not enough" is often just our inner critic being way too loud. It's great that you're taking steps to start your online business, and it's totally normal to question your abilities along the way. Just keep focusing on your progress and give yourself credit for what you’ve already accomplished. Maybe try to celebrate the small wins to help shift your mindset a bit.
