Its been over 50 days since I bought this domain.

I got indexed right away, before I even knew. So Google indexed stuff like the sample-page of wordpress.

After I put two articles on it, I started backlinking it.

I used Senuke to create about 30 web 2.0 properties, bookmarked the 2.0s, made RSS feed of them and submitted to RSS directories.

Then submitted my article to 10 directories (Senuke sucks at article submission), made RSS feed and submitted to RSS directories. And bookmarked the articles.

Then had the 2.0s and articles blasted to 300 forum profiles and 30 Web 2.0 profiles.

Its been about a week now, and still haven't seen my site in the serps. I've used serp rush dot com and even manually checked all the serp pages but there's no sign of my site.

Any idea guys? I'm very frustrated with this.

try to create even more links, diversity is the key right now

Get some social share for your main site and some bookmarks and you will see some movement in the serps.

Get Google +1, Facebook Likes, Facebook Shares, go and post your site to related facebook groups, Post youtube videos, comment on youtube videos and social bookmarking.

This will move some serps for you.

keep building links to it, if you going for a competitive term the links you have built so far arent really going to do much

I just used this tool:
Code:
http://www.searchenginegenie.com/tools/google-bot-last-accessed-date.php
And it returned that google is blocking my IP

What?????

I don't think this tool works properly - every domain I checked it showed it is blocked ....

As for your problem - I'm in the same boat as you. I keep building various links and hope to show soon in the SERP.

Barely competitive. 300 Exact searches a month. 6000 Inurl + intitle. Good enough for a noob like me though.

Ok I guess I'll go make a video, pdf and ppt and submit them. Then bookmark them all including my site. I think what I really need is an AMR blast though. But it sucks that I'm not even on the 100th page for the keyword when people on the first page dont even have their on-page seo done right.

Try a different rank checker. I havent used serp rush in a while but was having the same issue with a couple of my sites and it was an issue on them not my site. Try another one and see if you still have the same issue.

1st. Did you delete all the preinstalled wordpress crap?
2nd. Default Wordpress Theme? If so change.
3rd. I would make sure your on page is perfect.
4th. Check where people in the top ten our getting there backlinks ahrefs/open site explorer
5th. See if you can drop your links same place.
6th. Add some social to the mix.

Be patient. You've only been building links for a week. It took 8 months for me to hit page 1. I wish I kept a record of what I did and when I did it.

Your site is not ranking because you are using weak links.

Go for some High PR links like FBL, BAN, or ALN and you'll be ranking in no time.

With keywords like these with good on page seo I am usually in top 20 with just on page seo, without any links.

The best way to check if googlebot has been blocked or not is using google webmaster. If your site is already added in it, select the website , under site configuration click crawler access and check robot.txt analysis. If google bot is blocked it will read "your connection to this server has been blocked by server's firewall. Your blocked ip is a.b.c.d"
To overcome this create a support ticket with your hosting provider asking them to unblock the blocked ip ( mention the ip address in ticket).
Google bot ip address changes periodically, so keep an eye on it.
I have also faced this problem. My site is approx 2 months old with 65 pages and non of my pages were getting indexed. But now 52 of site's pages are indexed.
I have already created support ticket 4 times (last one today), for unblocking the googlebot ip. Each time my issue was resolved within an hour.

I submit a new sitemap every 8-10 days to G webmaster.

Hope this helps.

You guys are telling me I need quality links. F that. The whole reason I picked this keyword was that its TOO easy.

This is only my 2nd site. For my first site my noob mistake was to go after a keyword that was too competitive. "Google Sniper" was the keyword, where I finally ranked my site at number 8 with over a million competing pages and almost all of the top 20 pages had their onsite seo done right. I gave up on my site later.

I chose this keyword because I've looked at the numbers and there's barely any competition.

I do want to add another thing; When google first indexed me, even my title wasn't set up. I still dont see that title up there. Looks like google hasn't updated anything since then.

How is your on page seo?

I've checked MANUALLY. I'm not in the serps. How can I ever be if Google wont even update my title tag or index my backlinks.

1. Yes the original theme is deleted, but not before Google indexed it in a second.
2. WP theme is HeatMap.
3. My on page is better than all the sites ranking in the top 20 combined. SEOpressor score is 97%+
4. Ok. But forget the rankings, I'm not even in the serps.
5. Will do.
6. Will upload a video to youtube. I follow Cash202's SEO plan who's an expert and he never mentions anything social. But I'll look at those cheesy fb likes and plus one shit.

Be patient. You've only been building links for a week. It took 8 months for me to hit page 1. I wish I kept a record of what I did and when I did it.
Looking at the competition above, do you think this easiest keyword is worthy of 8 month of time investment? Besides, ranking's going to be the easy part. I need to be in the serps first.

FBL = FBlikes
but whats BAN and ALN?

I'll try that today. Thanks for the tip.
