Over 300K Traffic - No Profit

Hey guys,
So i have website without adsense (not approved).
There's a lot of traffic everyday on my website, my niche is not specific - pretty general..
My audience age is between 10-20.
I'm trying now to implement cpa offers..
I'm using incentive niches like free iphone,PS4 etc, But i'm amazed with the low engagement by the users..
thousands of views and almost no clicks, you can't really miss the cpa ad on my website and it seems that the people just ignore it like it's not visible..

I don't know what to do to make them click the ad and go to the landing page..

If you bought traffic from fiverr GIGs, of course it will never CONVERT LMFAO.

If it's organic traffic, STILL WEIRD AS HELL!

Maybe some competitor placed a bot on your site for super spammy traffic.

Otherwise, i don't really have an idea LOL

Thats a decent traffic. Why did adsense not approve you?

Why would you create a website with general niche, do you just create articles for any niche and then post

I will say instead of promoting a cpa content locker for ps4 etc just collect the emails first , something like " enter your email to participate in this giveaway" to see if people are going to do it. If they don't do it then something is really wrong with your traffic
 
I am doing some testing now with traffic... I will tell you if I run into the same kind of issue.

Good idea, i think they are ignore it like it's an ad and it's not real..i'll give it a try.

Why not try other ad networks like mediavine, media.net and adthrive?
 
An update:
CTR is around 1%-3%. which ads i've tried:
Iphone,ps4,netflix,giftcard giveaway - with and without photo.
Free Fortnite v-bucks - with and without photo.

The clicks were gone to landing pages or direct offers, all this result to 0 leads.
I'm working with CPABuild..

I've to mention that my main traffic are females, around 70%.

It seems for now that CPA offers doesn't work well, can't completly judge because it's too early.
Any idea how to increase CTR?
 
Why not use female product based cpa offers than. Collect push maybe since they young
