In 10 minutes I got over 200 clicks in Twitter! Just after I posted my link.

how well did you find your traffic converting? i couldn't get twitter traffic to convert even as close to how well search engine traffic converts for me.

The real problem with social media traffic would be as techgeek said the conversion rate....well, I will test this with some stupid ringtone adds or stuff like this

I get about 500 hits from twitter when ever I post a new blog post. I use http://twitterfeed.com/ to get my post out on twitter. Some times they eaven get a RT.

Twitter rocks.

Just put a link in your twitter profile page can give you good amount of clicks,
That is when you're active enough twittering,
Also know the right time to post a link tweet can get you enough clicks
One thing I don't like in twitter is that the tweets can be pushed down quickly.

I find changing your twitter background and put links in it can also give you traffic
