Over 1500 Keywords stuck Between Position 5-15?

I have a gaming site that has over 1500 keywords stuck between positions 5-15. There are 140 articles published all targeting low to medium competition. How do I build backlinks for such a website if I had a $200 a month budget? Which kind of backlinks do I build? I am currently publishing 5 articles every week but I feel like I could be far much ahead if I built some links. Anyone with suggestions?

Use Ahrefs to your website Top pages, We would be looking at pages with the most keywords on SERP. For $200 USD budget I would be using Niche edits/Guest Posting for good links and repeating the process on new pages every 3-4 months.

Use a social network account to create backlink to your site it will help a lot

Create guest posts on the relevant authority sites, and Create profiles in social media and link to your site, and participate in the forums related to your site.

Get your site structure right. Do internal linking right. Then blast your homepage with pbn and niche edits.

If your keywords are like what you said (low-medium), it will rank in top 10.

Simple as that.
