Over 100,000 Facebook Member IDs

So I scraped thousands of Member ids from Facebook users from groups I'm in. What can I do with these Member ids? Is it possible to create a group and add people using member ID's?

What else can I do with these?

YOU can use it email marketing. badly i need this tricks, will u please please tech me it???
 
Hypothetically yes you can. But first you'll need to friend request all the people using a range of accounts. And if the group is not within their niche interests then it may just be a waste of time.

So basically the member IDs I've collected are useless?
 
thing has changed a lot I have a decent number of Facebook ID but they are useless now
 
did you got there email ids ? if yes just mail them according to niche they are in
