instead of handling all the technical business side. I was thinking about outsourcing it. all the payroll and tax issue stuff. I was wondering if you guys could recommend a good online service that would do this. thanks

Depends where you are. Paychex is good for payroll if you are in the US. Tax stuff is worth hiring a good CPA. They will save you more than you spend on them and you can deduct what you pay them anyway.
