Outwit Email Sourcer

I have just purchased the Outwit Hub's Email Sourcer. I have had success using it but I know that it could be working much better. I am looking to gather realtors, contractors, salon owners and many others. I have had success with association sites but would like to scrape Cl and backpage with it. Also would like to do some "site:" searches and scrape the search engines. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated.
