Hi everyone. I was wondering how exactly do you outsource to somewhere such as India? I have heard this is very cheap and it could work very well for me. How do I make sure they do not "steal" my idea/niche and run? I hope there is not an outsourcing section on here, I certainly did not see it! Thanks so much to anyone who can provide relevent information.

Oh, this is for like a repetitive task that I will need done as often as possible. Preferably 8hrs a day/7 days a week.

Check out:

1) hxxp://GetaFreelancer.com
2) hxxp://Elance.com
3) hxxp://ODesk.com

Those are a few of the best outsorcing places I know of... Maybe someone else has something better? ;)

Thank you so much! I thought "freelancing" was for like programming and one time deals, but I was proven wrong!

ODesk seems to be a fit for what I need! You are completely and utterly awesome for recommending them.

When you Outsource, make sure you Outsource to more undifferentiated people. When you explain someone the manual method of link building (for example), it is better that someone is not an internet savvy user that can easilly learn your methods and the profitability of your own niche.

Better go with secretaries, that only go for the salary at the end of the month...they are more likely to know less of IM than a programmer or a blackhater.

Go for a general online outsourcing company, not for a specific outsourcing company (that performs specific link building and such).

Hi James,

I find GAF a good choice, I've hired many good writing teams. Take a look at this thread I explain my outsourcing strategies http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/associated-content-writing-articles/77524-made-30-two-articles-today.html

You'll have to read a ways into the thread

Good luck

ODesk FTW. I have had a lot more success with nationalities other then Indian, maybe it's a cultural thing, maybe something is lost in translation, maybe its me, but others have been easier to train and more reliable.

I've had good success with rentacoder, and a couple of bad experiences with elance. When the projects with elance went bad, they offered no support.

I know a good programmer from GAF, very reliable however even i had bad experience with them, so be careful!
