I see and read it everywhere, there are millions of freelancers and services out there that can be hired to build/design a website, but there is no mention how the process goes?
Let's say I want someone to build a website for me on wordpress with a certain theme. I give that person my cpanel username and password? isn't that risky? he can change the password and steal my account(?)
