Outsourcing web design to india.

Im thinking of setting up a small web design and SEO company to bring in some extra cash. As a lot of businesses in my area have very out dated websites! But I have a lot of projects im planning for the near future and I know I won't have the time to run eveything. So does any know a good place to outsource web design? All im looking for is nice wordpress websites. India is the first place I thought of but it doesn't really matter where.
