Outsourcing the smarts?

Hello I am considering investing a foreign software outsourcing company, softwares brought millions on the table for some and it continues too, so anybody have any experience? Should I go with indians, turkish, or the friends back home (russians)? All advise would be great... I looked up on XE.COM and it wont cost much on my estimates...

You haven't considered the Pakistanis? An associate of mine has a company taking care of several hundred of his sites that is Pakistani.

I don't think nationality means a lot, the skill of the coders is all that matters. Start your own multi-national company, covers all bases.

Thanks guys, im looking for a reliable outsourcing company to develop some software ideas.... I heard the turkish were good developers so were the indians, and by the level of stuff they were able to accomplish (e.g. defacing facebook) i think my software can be more powerful, or should I look at it a differ way...?

Ok - I am just quoting an outsourcing ebook I bought once
the guy who is a well known marketer recommended rumanians for coding jobs while he had obviously many negative experiences with indians. (I guess the same would apply to pakistanis)

He found the rumanians were more reliable and having the better business attitude than the indians...

Now this is my personal experience: STAY AWAY FROM TURKISH PEOPLE!!

THANK YOU BARCELONA, I love your response, Indians with attitude? That sucks, well i have forgot about Romania (THE KING OF CODING) so you brought a refreshing to my mind, the Turkish are not trusted (I know what you mean) they would probably install some l33t virus on my PC, My choice is clear! rep given for helping me make a decision...
