Outsourcing SEO Work...

Well your post is making me think like you are one of the people out there in world, who want to make millions spending pennies..
Just ask yourself, How much you are paying to these Odesk contractors?
What is the price difference, paying to these people or paying someone here in US?
If they are not giving 100% quality, I would say 50% quality is still lot better..
Outsourcing is a business runs on "you will get what you are paying for" simple.. so increase your budget and you will get some experts ofcourse..
One of your line is really telling me what is in your mind "These people are hungry for the pennies they'll work for"
Do you think they are hungry for money? yes every one is hungry for money... but your line shows whats is your mind

US contractor will charge you 30$+ per hour and for the same work and quality - An Asian contractor will charge you 10$ per hour.. Do you think this is a good deal?

I just wanna say atleast respect the people and use some good words...

Regarding "slave wages"...I post a project on oDesk and it never fails that I get 50-100 applications from 3rd world countries, where they express their interest with a copy and paste application of their basic skills. I don't think I've ever received a bid from someone in the US. These people are hungry for the pennies they'll work for, but the quality of the work is the question. I was just impatient but if you take the time to talk to the contractor, check out their feedback and such, you can weed out the low quality ones.
