Outsourcing SEO work

Hello everyone!

I work for a growth agency that manages 20+ ecommerce clients and everyone is always interested in SEO work. We do a lot of on-site white hat SEO work to make sure our site is optimized for SEO but we do very little off-site SEO work.

Would it be a good idea to offer SEO work as a service by outsourcing it to sellers here on BHW as the prices for a lot of task seem very cheap?
I've tried to do these same tasks by hand and the amount of time it takes to complete these tasks is just overwhelming.

Is this already a common thing and I'm just late the game?

People outsource a lot of SEO, especially for clients unless they have their own team. A lot of our clients are other SEO agencies, marketing agencies etc.
