    Hi BHW, I wanted to ask you guys which was the best way to build a outsourcing team. I have gotten jobs done on GAF and other similar sites. But how do I get a whole team together that I could pay weekly or monthly. I want to outsource every single project possible, because Im going to be spending alot of time away from the computer. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

    Take a look at the thread below mate, I give away many of my methods for coming up with a solid team.

    sounds like you need a partner or a manager.

    It can be hard to create a team, heck I have gone through a lot of people just on a few projects.

    The problem is you do not want to give too much of the whole picture to your staff, If you will be away from the computer, you need to be on the phone with them.

    probably odesk would be your best option for getting a team together

    Another piece of advice, once you find someone good; pay them and pay them well and *hold onto them*. I have done a ton of outsourcing as well as built my own software for years and good reliable people are hard to find anywhere (Especially on the 'net) :D

    Regards

    Agreed, had 1 script done, guy was awesome, but was always busy. Could never get him to work on more stuff, and money was not a question would have paid whatever he wanted.

    My suggestion would be to check out the below address.

    Code:
    [URL="http://manila.craigslist.com.ph"]manila.craigslist.com.ph[/URL]
    Go to the gigs area and post an ad for people writing articles, link building, etc. Make sure they speak and write english and request daily reports from them for the hours worked and what was done in those 8 hours. State that you will pay them per month $400 which is something like 25,000php(look for a converter for USD to PHP(Philipine Peso) there you go.
