Outsourcing my SEO

I am looking for suggestions to outsource my SEO. This is not through laziness or any other reason - I'm a one girl show with an ecommerce store and I simply don't have the time to do everything. I'm really good at what I do and would love to find a person or team that are really good at what they do - SEO - leaving me to focus on loading product, talking to customers and shipping orders instead of trying to learn SEO then not dong it as well as I assume the career SEO folks do.

Any suggestions would be great. While this might seem a weird request for the black hat forums - I assume and probably rightfully so that there are some folks here who know SEO inside out.

Be prepared for tons of PMs. If you don't know what you are doing, do not outsource. You won't get anywhere and you will loose money.

First off, outsourcing sucks. If you do not know what works you will end up wasting money because you don't know what to expect. I tried outsourcing many times and I have wasted every single dollar on it. I also wasted so much time because even if you do know what to do, most outsourcers won't and most are almost impossible to train. I have found probably the best guys through trial and error and once you start training them, they know much more and are more likely to leave you if you don't start paying them way more.

The quality of work is worth every dollar you pay them. Meaning it is like doing your SEO on fiverr.

Outsourcers are only good for repetitive things and that is about it. For something like SEO which isn't necessarily hard but there are so many things that I cannot train a guy in Pakistan to do. I would suggest hiring a college student and start training him. But than again you don't know what works so your probably stuck.

If you can't do SEO for yourself, do not expect someone else to do it for you, especially those who know what they are doing.

I would suggest hiring help for customer service, taking phone calls, etc.. You should focus on SEO. That is exactly what I do with my e-com sites. Well, I make my brother handle all the orders and shit.

If you will outsource your SEO you will be able to do more, in other words you will be able to achieve greater things. You should not worry about outsourcing because there are programs for you keep track on your employees. Having a team will enable you to focus more on areas that needs attention and thus will also create a more fun environment, is it not?

It should not take TOO much time out of your hands. Best thing to do is either do it yourself or bring in someone local to work for you. I tried outsourcing in the past and had a lot of regrets. In fact, I wanted to see how my own work (techniques I got from this forum) compared against the "service providers" here. I built 5 sites targeting the same niche and spent almost 1500 over two months on 4 different providers to see who was best (I saved the 5th for myself). I had way better ranking using the same type of content, same number of pages, same theme same everything. I even used the same images but resized them a bit for each site. I just did basic backlinking (web 2.0's, articles, press releases, some blog comments).

I checked out my sites on majesticseo and 3 of them just did some social bookmarking and wiki blasts. One of them promised "manual blog high pr blog comments" and i found shitty spammed-to-death blog comments. Do it yourself if you can't afford a quality seo service.

Go for SEO which will give you strong backlinks from authority sites spread across various platforms.
The bigger the package of such package you take, the stronger it will be. And yes you can always test it out for a month and hold on for a month to see the result. If it works for you (which I am 100% sure it will) then you can re-order the services)
