Outsourcing Kindle eBooks

I got my feet wet last week in the Kindle business, wrote one book and got one sale. The whole writing process is very time consuming in my opinion, so I want to outsource the work. Does anyone have experience with this? I want to know where I should be looking for quality writers and what I should expect to pay per book/amount of words.

Also, besides building an e-mail list, what can I do to market my books? I was thinking of creating a Facebook page for the book, posting info about the book and creating PPE ads for it.

Before you go down this road, I've published a lot of ebooks. Check out my income numbers. I don't think that higher volume is the answer, I think you need to have a dedicated following that want to read everything you write.
