Hey Guys,

Running a US business you have to pay Minimum Wages to your employess, i was wondering if i hire a full time employess from different countries,do i still need to pay the US min' wages? or i can pay less?
Can i give them more than 40 hours without having to pay Extra for every hour above those 40 hours?

you can even pay them $0.5/hour if u can find someone who wants to work for that

7.25 usd but then you have different laws in different states,but federal is 7.25 usd

You can get around paying minimum wage if you pay them salary, or hire them as contract employees and pay them cash

You do not have to pay workers in foreign countries the min US wage. That is the whole point of outsourcing.

If US corps had to do that, many of the products in the US would be much higher than they are.

Ofcourse you will pay them less this is why companies outsource projects. In US if you are paying a guy 5K a month then in India you can get a guy willing to work at 1k a month and he will be very happy with it and provide quality work.

Wages in US are very cheap compared to the rest of the world. I used to outsource to Latin America and Russia and find guys in the US are willing to work for the same amount.

Just outsource it to a subcontractor, then you don't have to bother about minimum wages... It's what I do all the time as we have about 10 dollars minimum wage here (after currency exchange to dollar)

In my opinion, Project terms are better than hourly job basis

And About OP's specific query.............You don't need to worry about that
as far as you maintain proper documentation and records in your file.

You could still hire here in the US if you hire people as contractors. This way you avoid paying payroll tax as well.

Well, Currently We have Few VA's Outsourcing Services, and One of Our Client Hired team of 4 People Full time, and they do complete work within 4 days and work extra for his projects 2 days. Basically Hire Per day or Per Month Base VA's. not hire Hourly..Like Paying 180$ per Month per VA 4 Days a Week. etc..
