Outsourceing WH links witha company

Has anyone had sucess with an outsource company for linking. I have a database of link enabled sites, The only catch is there are no instructions, its general knowledge you have to find the place to put your link. For example in the list of forum sites, the user would need to know to register and leave a link in the profile area.

Mturk and microworkers did not work because there are a few too many steps involved. So i am looking for an outsourcer company that i could converse with, spoke somewhat good english and did the task well. not making everything look like spam.

anyone have any contacts or companies that they use extensively?

I saw a few service providers here for full timers, i am not looking to hire for someone 8 hours a day though.

I dont want to read every thread to read signatures, LOL. Plus yours says links, its not a task force to do my links.

Anyone else have some more suggestions? i have one company i Will test right now, looking for others possibly to balance workload.
